COVID 19: UPDATED MAY 2020

Following the announcement on 20th March by the Prime Minister Boris
Johnson, Mu Mu Experience (Mu Mu's, Fifi's & The Laundry Room) have all
been closed, with immediate effect.
At this time, we are unsure on when we are allowed to reopen and what the restrictions surrounding reopening will be. Please note that we are reliant purely on Boris Johnson's announcements to the nation and we do not receive any forewarnings ahead of these as to when we will be allowed to reopen.
TO ALL OF THOSE WHO HAVE BOOKINGS WITH US:
PLEASE REST ASSURED, YOUR MONIES/DEPOSITS/BALANCES ARE SAFE. All bookings
can be moved, rebooked, rescheduled or vouchers/credit notes given which will last for 24 months from the date we are allowed to open.
NO monies will be lost under any circumstance.
Once we are open again, we will contact all customers to rearrange their dates - Please appreciate that we do not know how soon this can be rescheduled at this time.
If there are those customers who require a refund, this can be actioned once we reopen & know what funding and loans are available to us and of course, we will contact all customers once we are open again.
TO THOSE WITH GIFT VOUCHERS:
All Gift Vouchers will be extended & so will be valid for a further 6 months from the date we are allowed to open again. Please just keep hold of the original voucher.
Thank you so much to those of you who have inundated us with thousands of emails of well wishes & kind words and for your requests to reschedule your bookings - This means more to us than you could ever know.
We miss each & every one of our beautiful customers and pray it is not long until we are reunited once more.
